memorial for Yizkor
Yizkor's meaning is tied to remembrance. For as long as we can remember, CKS has created a memorial display for each member family to place stones on a cloud listing the names of loved ones. If you are not sure which names will be included for your family, please check your list on the member portal or send an email to the office.
Since 2020, CKS has also displayed a slideshow memorial as part of the Yizkor service. If you would like to submit photos or memories of your family members to display with your Yahrzeit names on Yizkor, please use this form to send them to us. **If you have participated in the past three years and would like us to just use the same photos or text, please check the appropriate box on the form.

Yizkor is about remembrance, so as always, we will display lists of Yahrzeit names for each family in our community. We would love to be able to take advantage of being online this year by also displaying images and memories of your loved ones. Please use this form to submit items to display on your family page.
The Yahrzeit names listed in your CKS account will be displayed on a page for every member family by default. You do not need to submit this form if you just want those names displayed. To add or remove names, members can change them on the Yahrzeit page.
