General Fund

If you'd like CKS to use your donation wherever it's needed most, the General Fund is the best option.

Building Fund

The Building Fund is restricted to be used only for building, property, and structural improvements.

Congregants' Assistance Fund

We maintain the Congregants' Assistance Fund to help our congregants needing short-term financial support to cover rent/mortgage payments, utilities, medical bills, etc. A custodial committee of CKS members decides which disbursements can be made without releasing the recipient names.

DUES RELIEF Fund

By contributing to the Dues Relief Fund, you help ensure that every member family can remain a part of our community, regardless of their financial ability to contribute the full dues amount.

HIGH HOLY DAYS DONATION

Make a special tribute in honor of the High Holy Days. 

RELIGIOUS SCHOOL / MUSIC EDUCATION FUND

The Music Fund allows CKS to bring in special music programming for services and our Religious School. 

Rabbi's Discretionary Fund

The rabbi maintains a discretionary account to carry out tzedakah by giving to worthy causes. The rabbi has sole custody of the fund.

KEHILOFT TEEN LEADERSHIP DONATIONS

Sponsor special programming for our Teen Leadership programs

SUSAN ELLIS WASKOW EDUCATION FUND

We maintain the Susan Ellis Waskow Education Fund to keep Susan's love of Jewish learning alive. This fund supports special programming sponsored by our committee Limmud L'Chaim ("Learning For Life").

TIKKUN OLAM DONATIONS

Tikkun Olam donations allow us to sponsor events that help with "repairing the world" and our community around us.
