Non-members: Please use this form to register to attend HHD services at CKS.
Members: There is no need to register for your immediate family. Please register for your guests.

In order to keep our services available to non-members, we suggest a minimum donation of $180 per adult attending our main services in the sanctuary. You may alternatively choose any amount. On behalf of our congregation, thank you for investing in the future of our community and allowing us to make our services available to you.
