Dr. Paola Tartakoff, Chair of the Rutgers Department of Jewish Studies, examines the links between conversion, circumcision, and accusations of ritual murder during the Middle Ages. This free online talk is based on her book which sheds new light on the mysteries of medieval anti-Judaism, religious conversion, and the predicaments of children whose identities were contested by Jews and Christians.
