Chanukat HaBayit means "dedication of the house" and is basically a Jewish housewarming party. During the Chanukat HaBayit, the Mezuzah is affixed to the front door, and then it is traditional to welcome others into the home with blessings and warmth.

Two of our newest members, Phil and Holly, are excited to announce that they've just closed on their new home in NJ. They would like to welcome our community to a virtual Chanukat HaBayit. Please register below to celebrate with Phil and Holly at 6:45 p.m. on May 21, followed by our regular Friday night service when they will light their Shabbat candles for the virtual oneg.
