Macaroons

makes 4 dozen

 

1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
5 1/3 cups (14 ounces) flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 325 degress.
Line baking sheets with foil, grease and flour foil.
In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, and vanilla and almond extracts.
Stir in coconut.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined sheets.
Bake 15-17 minutes or til golden brown.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire rack.
