Focus on current events and news: the peace process, government, Israeli Defense force, daily life in Israel, and Israeli Music. Students learn about the history of Jews in the Middle Ages, Ashkenazi Jews, Sephardic Jews, the wandering Jews, mysticism, Messiahs, the ghetto and shtetl.
